Our massage style is delivered with thought and care and it is designed to target the physical problematic areas of the body that are limiting an individual's performance. This style of work is for all who are seeking to have a better relationship with oneself. The benefit of this Therapeutic Clinical Massage is that the therapist is equipped with the knowledge and understanding of multiple massage modalities. Allowing them the flexibility of being able to adjust and apply to what is needed in the current moment and allowing the flow of the session to be unique every time. The therapist takes the time to and adjust to what information the client's body is giving them and caters their session to that information. Sometimes deep pressure applications need to be applied such as cupping or the deep pressure of the therapist's forearm or sometimes softer pressure with more of a meditative approach is needed. No one session is ever the same and with continued work we continue to discover new things about our bodies, making it easier to live a more restorative and pain free life. Whether you are new to massage or someone who is looking to expand knowledge about themselves... This work is for everyBODY.

One of the most consistent pieces of feedback that clients of Sal give is how profound his work is—and how unique. It is the kind of bodywork you can only receive from someone who not only deeply cares about his clients’ wellbeing but also knows what it is to go through extreme health challenges and integral healing. Sal’s clients consistently praise his capacity to help them achieve relief from ailments and body pains that have gone unaddressed for years. For him, bodywork is about getting to the root of what’s causing disease, and sometimes that means having to look more closely at movement patterns and other daily practices. // In addition to more than 2 decades of practice in massage therapy (since 2000), Sal has also been in the fitness arena since 2001. Before he was picking up barbells, he was putting on weighted vests and making up WODs (workout of the day) with other fitness enthusiasts. For Sal, fitness, and massage therapy have always gone hand in hand; and together, these two pillars of wellbeing enable him to continue to serve his clients year after year as they cultivate their capacity to live their best lives. (Being able to lift all the things comes in handy with his two little boys as well!)

During childhood, I was diagnosed with three autoimmune diseases. In the midst of these three diagnoses, I chose to practice resilience through yoga, meditation, and nutritious meals. In return, this has motivated me to pursue a career that can help me provide the knowledge and tools for others to thrive. I obtained my 200hr RYT and my intention in teaching yoga is to provide a safe space for people to practice self love and self care. My classes incorporate the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh (and others alike), the philosophy of yoga, and the neuroscience that coincides with the practice of yoga.”
