Our massage style is delivered with thought and care and it is designed to target the physical problematic areas of the body that are limiting an individual's performance. This style of work is for all who are seeking to have a better relationship with oneself. The benefit of this Therapeutic Clinical Massage is that the therapist is equipped with the knowledge and understanding of multiple massage modalities. Allowing them the flexibility of being able to adjust and apply to what is needed in the current moment and allowing the flow of the session to be unique every time. The therapist takes the time to and adjust to what information the client's body is giving them and caters their session to that information. Sometimes deep pressure applications need to be applied such as cupping or the deep pressure of the therapist's forearm or sometimes softer pressure with more of a meditative approach is needed. No one session is ever the same and with continued work we continue to discover new things about our bodies, making it easier to live a more restorative and pain free life. Whether you are new to massage or someone who is looking to expand knowledge about themselves... This work is for everyBODY.

From a young age, Aaron always had an interest in movement and the body. At the age of 10 he began training in Martial Arts and has continued his passion through teaching and training others in Martial Arts. Through the discipline he learned about the importance of body mechanics to create effective, efficient and safe movement. He expanded his knowledge through the study of kinesiology at SFSU and shortly after, he enrolled at the The National Holistic Institute (NHI) to study massage and neuromuscular therapy. The aim? To combine his passions of massage and fitness. To further that, he also concurrently became a certified personal trainer (CPT) through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). He approach to massage blends all of his knowledge and passions in Kinesiology, Martial Arts, Personal training and Massage Therapy to provide a unique blend of massage and fitness to each of his clients.
